CultureDive provides marketing intelligence tools including brand, social and cultural diagnostic and strategy: we collect and analyse publicly available data (online mentions, AI system outputs, public social conversation) to produce strategic dashboards and action plans for the marketing, product and creative teams. This is a consulting productised service offered to clients across the consumer space industries.

To access the dashboard, the client creates an account with us by voluntarily providing certain information (name, company, professional email). This registration takes place at the client's own request and is used solely to deliver the subscribed service.

During the setup call, the client may share information about their strategy, positioning, or business. This information is used only to configure and feed the client's own dashboard, and is treated as confidential: it is not published, not shared with third parties, and not used for any other client.

Data we collect: we do not collect personal data through tracking or scraping. The only personal data we process is data you provide to us directly:

• when creating your account (name, professional email, company);
• when voluntarily subscribing to our newsletter;
• when contacting us through a form or by email.

The public data analyzed for the Culture Resonance Index (brand mentions, public online content) relates to companies and brands, and does not constitute personal data collection under GDPR.

Purposes and legal basis:

• performance of the service contract (client account, dashboard);
• consent (newsletter — you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email);
• legitimate interest (responding to contact requests).

Retention period: your data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for as long as required by our legal obligations (e.g. accounting), before deletion.

Recipients: your data is only shared with technical subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the service (hosting, email tools), bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

Your rights: under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to culturediveai@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (e.g. the CNIL in France, or the relevant authority in your country of residence).

The website only uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function and, where applicable, an audience-measurement tool. No advertising cookies are used.

The methodology, indicators, and calculation method used to produce the Culture Resonance Index are the exclusive property of CultureDive and constitute confidential know-how. The client retains ownership of the information they provide to us; they receive a right to use the deliverables (dashboard, reports) provided to them, for their own internal use.

The service is provided under the terms (duration, pricing) agreed at the time of subscription. Either party may terminate the contractual relationship under the conditions set out in the signed contract or quote, or otherwise with reasonable notice.

CultureDive undertakes to use reasonable means to properly perform the service. The analyses and recommendations provided are intended as decision-support and do not create liability for CultureDive with respect to business decisions the client makes based on them.

These terms are governed by Spanish law in Barcelona. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
